Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions.

Within 30 Days

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this window may not be accepted.

Original Condition

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund request.

The following items are NOT eligible for returns: digital downloads, gift cards, personalized/custom items, items marked as final sale, and hygiene products once opened.

Ship It Back

We'll provide a return shipping label or instructions. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Get Refunded

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Policy Details

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll ship the correct item immediately and cover all return shipping costs.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: digital downloads, gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, items marked as final sale, and opened hygiene or personal care products.
We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you'd like to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will be charged the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
